All Packed Up

This is what 372 lbs of clothes, shoes, electronics, toys, medical equipment, and children's books looks like (we know because we weighed it all on a scale). It has been a busy couple of weeks. We packed up our place in Nashville, put all of our stuff in storage, and said goodbye to friends. Now we have been spending time with our families and getting packed for Africa. God has blessed us by giving us these last couple of weeks to spend some extra time with our families and it will be tough to say goodbye on Thursday. We fly out of Charlotte, NC on February 2nd at 2pm and arrive to Mbingo hospital in the afternoon of February 4th. Please keep us in your prayers (especially while traveling with Isaac). We can't wait to post some pictures from our new home in Cameroon!

Great News from Cameroon

We received our paperwork from Cameroon to obtain our visas!  The next step is to send that paperwork to the Cameroon embassy in Washington, DC with our passports to have our visas placed inside.  We are now planning on leaving for Africa on February 2nd from Charlotte.  We have a lot of packing and planning to do between now and then.  We will be finishing moving out of our house in Nashville over the next few weeks and then saying our goodbyes to family and friends.  Thanks for all of the prayers through this time.
